Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To receive a full refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Refunds will not be provided if:
Items are damaged (fully or partially).
Items are not in their original condition or packaging.
Items are missing parts, unless the issue is due to our error.
Snug Surprises is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.

Returns for Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Provide a detailed message, proof of purchase, and photos of the damaged item.
Returns/refunds for damaged items will not be accepted after 7 days.
Return Shipping Charges
Who covers return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will email the return address and refund will be processed within a few business days.
Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
Exchanges are not accepted.
